<< A patient had an appointment, but they left early because of their child’s English kindergarten >> When I arrived at the clinic, the desk staff informed me. Even the manager had not been told and did not know about it. (You’d think the director would be here? Oh, they’re not here, because of their child’s kindergarten haha^^)
I had no choice but to get the procedure done by another director. I had already arrived, and they said the director was not here, so what could I do. I had been getting Rejuran injections regularly every 3 months for 4 years, but there is no clinic like this one that leaves so many needle marks, bruises, and such terrible results. That said, do they inject Rejuran carefully? Not really. The bumps are uneven, and they do the procedure sparsely.
Right after the procedure, I looked in the mirror and the condition was serious, so I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction. They said it was already their leaving time and would contact me on Monday. They did not contact me on Monday, so I contacted them first. Whenever a procedure goes badly, it is always the patient’s fault. They said I moved a lot during the procedure because I had sedation anesthesia. Then fine, let’s say the procedure did not go well, but when I asked them to redo it with the originally scheduled director, they said that was not possible because I had already received the procedure.
I asked to speak with the director and requested an apology, but that did not happen either. The manager did not apologize properly either. They just kept repeating like a parrot that all 4 cc had already been injected.
