I was put under sedation for Rejuran and skin Botox. I had said I wanted skin Botox near the eyes because of the wrinkles around my eyes, and then I went under sedation, but they had not done it at all. I talked with the consultation manager again, and the manager admitted it had not been done and said they would have the doctor see me and do it again. Up to that point, I was thinking, well, mistakes can happen. I had clearly told them in advance. But then the doctor said, didn't you say it in advance? The clinic is covering the anesthesia cost and material cost to do this for you. It could be risky, but we will do it for you, that kind of thing. If they had said from the start that it was not possible, I would not have done it, but they obviously said it was possible and then spoke like that afterward. I was annoyed, so I just said I would not do it. I do not know why the consultation manager was apologizing, but they were very kind. They connected me with another doctor and had it done again.
