The hospital facilities were good. The wait time wasn’t long, and after speaking with the director, I was able to see the doctor right away. But honestly, I’ve never had rhinitis and I’d never even thought my nose was crooked, yet they asked if I had insurance coverage and then said functional rhinoplasty was possible. Then they asked whether I wanted to use a camera to check inside my nose, and after the consultation I paid 10,000 won for that..... um..... lol The consultation with the doctor was... a bit... I felt like they didn’t really understand what I was asking for. Um... how should I put it... they kept saying they didn’t understand what I meant and asking me to say it again...... it felt like the communication wasn’t very smooth....... At other places, they seemed to understand everything...... It felt like they didn’t quite grasp my needs Because the clinic also has dermatology inside, it didn’t feel much like a surgery-specialty hospital.
