For some reason, even if you booked a consultation appointment, you could not actually consult with the doctor. You could only talk with someone like the consultation manager. Isn't a consultation appointment usually supposed to be an appointment with the doctor? When I got there, they said the doctor consultation had to be booked separately. I had no idea what that even meant. And the consultation manager here pushes same-day booking really hard. When I said I needed to think about it a little, their expression turned cold immediately. They kept insisting they could do a good job, so I was considering doing it here, but the consultation manager's excessive pressure made me give up on the idea.
