It was close by, so I went ahead and got the canthoplasty done. The doctor was very honest. He explained the possibility of side effects very frankly and directly. Canthoplasty is more difficult than I expected. It hurts and is uncomfortable for a while. It wasn’t as dramatic a change as I had hoped for while looking up information, but it looks better than before. It came out the same as in the pre-op consultation.
