Eye Surgery Considerations

Custom Review

Usually when you first go, you fill out an information chart, but there was none of that. At the front desk they just confirmed my name, age, and address, then told me to wait. The manager came and only asked about how I found the hospital before starting the consultation, which was the first shock. During the manager's consultation, she kept speaking her opinion before hearing me out and then went to report to the doctor. lol It was absurd. She was not professional either; it was just ordinary-person level.. Her attitude was poor and she just said whatever came to mind. Not even a bit of trust. Right there, the hospital image dropped sharply.. As soon as the doctor came in, he marked a few lines and was the only one to recommend natural adhesion. Rather than being customized to the patient, it felt like I was being fitted into the method he prefers.. Since nothing really resonated with me, I asked him to mark the line a few more times, and he seemed a little annoyed. In the end he said he could draw the exact line I wanted, but there was no further explanation. He just said to ask if I had any questions, and when I said I didn't, that was it. It didn't feel kind. When I went back to the manager for another consultation, she focused heavily on the cost. There was no mention of things like the A/S period or aftercare. I had no expectations, so I didn't even ask. Anyway, it seems like the most commercially driven hospital.
