I absolutely did not want an out-line, so I requested an in-out line, but both sides were left as out-line, and when I consulted after surgery, they said it looks pretty to their eyes, so what is the problem? They did a diagonal canthoplasty and cut off the aegyo-sal on one side, which made my face look harsher, so I had to go through hell trying to find out about front canthoplasty reversal (the front reversal improved the expression somewhat, but I could never go back to the natural appearance of my tear duct area, and the cut aegyo-sal is still there). The consultation manager kept speaking to me in a disrespectful way, mixing in casual speech, which felt like a strategy to make me not want to say anything else and stop me from filing a complaint lol Just seeing that consultation manager's photo used as a promotional photo for [Brand A] lolllllllll
Honestly, just thinking about how my life was ruined after surgery here makes me so angry at night that I still cannot sleep.
