I went for a revision consultation because I wanted to change the double-eyelid surgery I had done when I was young. It was just something I had done casually at a neighborhood clinic after following a friend, and all I remembered was that they only created the line with buried sutures.. My eye socket is not especially large, so I do not know why I did not get canthoplasty. If possible, I wanted all three, inner, outer, and lower, but after looking at me, the director told me clearly that the outer-lower area has little space and would not have much effect even if done. He said the eye would look pretty with only inner canthoplasty and revision double-eyelid surgery, while keeping the line thin with natural adhesion. I liked that they only suggested the surgeries that were actually needed.
