I was recommended revision double-eyelid surgery and diagonal canthoplasty. There was agreement with another clinic that if the thick double eyelid line was redone more thinly, but only the line was adjusted, the eyes would look heavy. So they said making the inner canthus and upper canthus wider together would make the eyes look more open? But they also said it would be much prettier to keep the line itself thin so it would not look too obvious! I felt there was no overcorrection, and since the director specializes in eyes, it seemed pretty good...
