Consultation went in this order: manager - doctor - manager. When I went for the consultation, there were patients who had just finished surgery. The director was very confident and said that if only a little fat were removed at the outer corner with buried sutures, it would look pretty. There is some pressure to book on the same day. I felt that everything was fine, but I wanted to be conservative about fat removal, so I kept deliberation until the end.
