When I made the phone reservation, they said there might be a wait, but I didn't have to wait very long. For double eyelids, they recommended the buried-suture method. During the under-eye consultation, I liked that they gave me at least a rough explanation of how the surgery would be done. It seemed like they don't particularly prefer fat grafting or removal.
