They explained very carefully why something could not be done. I know my eyes are a difficult case, but since it was not at all the look I wanted, I passed. Still, rather than just saying it could not be done, they explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand, so I did not feel bad. If their style matches your own opinion, it seems like a good clinic. The hospital did seem quite small.
