They say you shouldn't do a nose job at Gallery... After consulting at 3 places, they all told me not to get surgery and only to do filler or nothing, but Gallery was the only place that said they could do it, so I went ahead. When I went back because the implant was crooked, they insisted it wasn't that crooked and that it would settle into place, so they sent me away. Even after several years, it's still exactly the same. The tip of my nose is completely in a straight line with the bridge, so there isn't really any shape at all. On one side the implant is visible, and on the other it isn't lol. But they still only said the surgery turned out well. Also, I think I have a bit of nasal obstruction now.. I tried to get it removed, but they didn't feel confident because they couldn't guarantee the shape and said it was risky, so I'm now looking into revision surgery elsewhere. Also, the receptionist I saw was rude.
