After the consultation with the head consultant and the doctor, I liked it and paid the reservation deposit, then was filling out the paperwork. While I was asking a few things to the staff member helping with the paperwork, something seemed wrong, so I asked them to call the head consultant again. They said they were eating lunch, which I understood. While talking in the meantime, they spoke to me in a way that sounded irritated, and my mood immediately turned bad. Then I said I would come back another time, and they told me to make another appointment and leave. I had already paid the deposit, and of course the head consultant should have contacted me when it was time to set the next consultation or surgery date. When I asked through the hospital chat on KakaoTalk for the head consultant to contact me, they said the head consultant was busy and that if I told them, they would pass it along. But I needed to communicate with the head consultant first, and after paying the deposit, I could neither see nor contact them, so how could I possibly have surgery there? When I said I wanted to cancel, they told me the head consultant was off work now and would contact me tomorrow.
