Review of eye shape correction I had around 2019
I had it done by the director of a private clinic, and I remember that during the consultation, he set a natural-looking line and consulted with me very thoroughly.
I also asked about canthoplasty in addition to eye shape correction, but he said that for my eyes, even if I invested in canthoplasty, it probably wouldn’t have a very dramatic effect, so he didn’t recommend it.
He told me, “If you really want to do it, you can,” so I remember liking that he didn’t try to sell me anything and seemed to recommend only the surgeries I needed.
The consultation manager was also a woman, and I remember she gave me a clean and kind consultation without any sales pressure.
After the consultation, I paid a deposit and fixed the surgery date for one month later.
I’m really scared, so when I was trembling, I remember the director and nurses kept talking to me often and things like that.. haha
They recommended incision rather than buried sutures, so I had eye shape correction by incision. They told me to open and close my eyes, so I did that several times during the surgery. After removing the stitches, I visited once a month for 3 or 4 months, and they provided aftercare for swelling and scars. People around me can barely tell I had eye surgery, so I’ve been doing well. My left and right eyes were originally asymmetric, and they had informed me that even if they matched them with eye shape correction, it wouldn’t improve a lot.
I’ve been living well after the surgery without any major problems so far. Up to now, nothing has come undone or anything like that, and I’m doing well.
