Among the clinics I visited in person, the price was on the higher side. The explanation was a little different from the others, which was also interesting. They said incisional surgery + canthoplasty + ptosis correction were needed. They explained that canthoplasty is not simply opening the inner corner, but cutting the band around the eye so that the eyes open more easily? They seemed to know their specialty well, so I am still thinking about it.
