I went there because I wanted pretty double eyelids. A friend who had lower eyelid surgery here did well, and the double eyelid line looked pretty too. The doctor explained things calmly and clearly and seemed fine. I wanted to visit several hospitals, but the manager said I would get a discount if I paid a deposit, so I put down a reservation and could not get it back. During the consultation, they said they would refund it in full even if I did not have surgery, but then they completely changed their story and even raised their voice, which was really absurd. When I said, "You said you would return it during the consultation," they said they only said they would cancel the surgery, not refund it... I was left speechless by such brazen lying. This hospital is shocking.
