Hmm.. it is a one-doctor clinic and the director being kind is a big plus, but I was not very satisfied with the surgery I already had a high bridge, so I wanted only the tip done without touching the bridge. They said that if silicone was not used it would become bumpy.. Still, it is my nose, so in the end I did not do the bridge. The problem is that the tip became too round, so it makes my nose look longer, and I heard it looks like I have a metal ball stuffed only into the tip
