I went there after a recommendation from an acquaintance for nose surgery, and during the consultation they looked at photos of the celebrity I wanted and handled it well. But the feeling was less that they were trying to make my nose look pretty and more that they were trying to make me resemble that celebrity. They didn’t suggest a lot of extra things and just kept it to the right amount. I also asked about eye surgery, but since they specialize in noses, they were against doing the eyes.
