I did it for both function and aesthetics, and overall it came out with a straight-and-slightly-upturned shape, but it turned out so naturally that human greed has no end None of my acquaintances would know I had nose surgery unless I told them.. And the silicone feels like it's slightly shifted to the right, but only I notice it
