They said there was a breast fat grafting procedure that wouldn't leave scars, so I made a reservation right away and went. They looked at the fat with ultrasound and said it couldn't be done. They honestly told me not to do it, saying even regular fat grafting would barely work for the first round. I did complain a few times, asking if it really couldn't be done, but I didn't think it was something to get that annoyed about I was glad they were honest, but the doctor's kindness level was a little low, to say the least... I guess I'll have to get implants or just live with it.
