Personally, I went for a consultation about philtrum reduction, but I was scared of scarring, so I did dimpling surgery and lateral mouth-corner surgery together. It has been a while, so I do not remember the price, but I am satisfied with the lateral mouth-corner surgery now. As for the dimpling surgery, if you have a long philtrum, I do not recommend it. It would probably be better to just get philtrum reduction instead.
