I had a bad M-shaped forehead, so for years whenever the wind blew I kept holding my hair down by hand, struggling with curling irons, and when it came loose the M shape would show again and my confidence would drop. I lived a really uncomfortable life, and finally decided I couldn't keep going like that, so I had forehead reduction surgery in mid-July. Now it's been 5 months. The doctor specializes in forehead reduction, so the expertise was high, and he is someone who values doing things safely without complications, which I liked. He told me how many centimeters to reduce and when I asked him to shorten it a little more, he firmly refused, saying I could end up with hair loss, so I trusted him even more!! They have an active community here, so whenever I posted questions before or after cosmetic surgery, they replied within 10 minutes even late at night, which was really great T_T The sensation in the scalp around the incision has now fully returned, And the scar, after I trusted the doctor's words and waited, is now a very light pink close to white. I think by around the one-year mark it will probably not be visible at all!! I made sure to eat plenty of protein, and since they said not to diet for about 2 to 3 months after surgery and that it was okay to gain a little weight, I paid attention to eating well, and I did not get any hair loss at all. When setting the design, they also checked symmetry and carefully worked on it for a long time, which I really appreciated, and the staff were all very kind too. The hospital is not a large one, but it has not been around for that long, so overall it was neat and nice. Overall, I was so, so satisfied with the surgery that the rating looks way too much like a promotional post because it is all 5 stars... but that's not the case, this is a sincere post written from the heart. Everyone, escape the horrible M-shaped forehead!!
