In the end, it turned out well enough to match the expensive price. But the scar from where the costal cartilage was harvested became a huge keloid, so it looks really ugly. And it turned out more natural than I expected. I had thought that because I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, I could make it as glamorous as possible, so that part was disappointing. The doctor wasn't the type to be rigid, but there was some friction, and that still leaves me uneasy... If you want something natural but still effective, I highly recommend it.
