I had double eyelid surgery before the clinic changed its name, and I had revision surgery at the renamed clinic. My eyes had very little fat, so they kept creasing and loosening, and if I remember correctly I had them tightened a couple more times and had fat added before going through a lot. In the end, adding fat was a waste of money... The staff were from the old days, so they probably feel different now, and I did not feel like they were extremely kind, but the clinic was clean and nice.
