I had my first double eyelid surgery here. It was a little over exactly 2 years before the crease loosened, but when I think about how I had to go through a revision surgery at another place and the emotional strain that caused.. Looking back now, I only found it a bit unfortunate that I made the line too high out of my own greed and ended up with a small sausage-like look, but aside from that, I was satisfied with the crease, the fat repositioning, and the inner canthoplasty too. They said natural is best, haha. If I had listened to the doctor's advice and set the line a little higher to match my needs, I would have been fully satisfied. The sausage look wasn't too severe either, so once the swelling went down after about a year I was fairly satisfied, but if it hadn't loosened, sigh T_T The scar isn't bad either. I was worried because I had heard that inner canthoplasty really has to be done well, but it turned out well, haha.
