Both the chief director and the director explained everything in such detail that I trust them. In particular, the chief director has a tsundere-like style, but says clearly what can be done and what cannot, and what will probably not be effective. When I ask about anything I am curious about, they also explain the principles behind it, so it is very easy to understand, and I think I will end up having surgery here.
