But at the front desk, there was some woman I couldn’t tell whether she was the director, a nurse, or a nurse assistant, and her tone was very curt, so my impression was not good. From what I remember, I went straight to the doctor for a consultation without seeing the manager first, and the doctor’s style was completely tailored to only the procedures I needed. I have protruding eyes, but since it was my first surgery, they recommended partial incision instead of full incision, and said I would need a slight ptosis correction because my eyelid-opening strength was weak. They said it would be done with a non-incision method. They told me it was a safe surgical method, that they would try to make it fit my eyes as much as possible, and that they would adjust it so it would not come undone, which made me trust them a lot.
