I developed a side effect right from the very beginning and asked about it, but they promised to receive photos by text and call me back, then ignored me and just kept talking about absurd swelling. Even on the day of surgery, they said it was a simple procedure, but they couldn't get the silicone shape right and had to replace it three times in the middle. I was honestly furious, but having a revision there felt like the trust level was too low, so I gave up. They wouldn't accept my refund request and only said they'd do a revision I didn't even want, and it felt like a hospital that never considered the patient's point of view. Their words kept changing, and when they agreed to post and clarify whether the result was really right, they were like, sure~, but then at the next consultation they showed information about defamation law. What a ridiculous hospital.
