The director was not the type to explain things in detail. There are hospitals that explain the surgery process in the recovery room after surgery, but here I just came out after the anesthesia wore off. The manager was kind, but when I followed up on my condition, I felt like they were counseling me without really knowing my surgery method. When inflammation came up, they examined me carefully. The nurses were kind. Later, after a functional problem came up, I wanted to know the surgery method in detail, almost like a briefing. Even at the 6-month follow-up visit, they only answered the questions I asked, and I could not get a satisfying explanation. The director said they would take care of any after-service later. The director does take good care of post-op management, but I wish communication were better. The manager and the nurses are kind.
