This was paid out of pocket, so I wrote it with an ad amount of 0 won. I paid 2.4 million, and after getting correction here for 200,000 won, the total was essentially 2.6 million. It was the most famous place in my neighborhood, so I didn't consult anywhere else or do any extra research, and after the college entrance exam I just went ahead and had it done a few years ago. The double-eyelid line was nicely shaped. But the inner canthus seems uneven.. Since they sat on the right side and did both eyes, the right eye opened up more. And the fixation on the right inner canthus felt stronger. So I thought the part on the right that looked swollen would go down, but even after several years it hasn't. I thought the inner canthus was the problem, so I requested another consultation and asked if I could have it restored, but they said it was because the line was too high, and that I could just cut away the swollen-looking part of the right eye. The left eye also had a slight swollen-looking area, so they lowered the line on both eyes. The swollen-looking part did improve, but the right eye still looks more swollen? I should have just had the inner canthus restored.. it just feels like the line got lower..
Still, they seem responsible(?) and the aftercare is good. They redid the lowered line and only charged me 200,000 won for anesthesia. At this point, it had already been over 2 years.
⭐️⭐️ I rambled a lot, but in the end, if I could turn back time, I think I would only get the double-eyelid surgery and eye correction here, but I don't think I would do the inner canthus. The staff and the director were all quite kind. I had my first double-eyelid surgery and then the line-lowering surgery here too, and both were done around peak season, around winter break, so the second surgery felt a bit hectic. The consultation was kind of rushed!
But at the time, people around me were saying that even if you do the inner canthus, it will stick back together over time, so I called and asked if it was okay not to do it. I was told I should do it as discussed with the director, so I went ahead.
