The director was so kind, really. Very meticulous, and they answered carefully even when I asked any question. I went a bit earlier than my consultation appointment time, but they handled it quickly, which was nice. They tailored it to my eyes and didn't do anything excessive! I liked that they only focused on what was necessary. The manager was also incredibly kind.
