They said my nose is a very difficult case. They recommended basic ear cartilage and septal cartilage as materials, and said it would be better not to use silicone. They explained it in the sense that they would need to open it up first to know the exact shape and that every detail of the nose would need attention. They gave me the longest consultation and made it feel comfortable, so it seems like they handled my first in-person consultation well. But overall they kept saying it was ambiguous and that they would have to see it directly, so I worried whether it would have a big effect.
