Everyone was kind and it was good. I dislike factory-style hospitals, so I looked for a one-doctor clinic. The director was very kind during the consultation, even holding silicone up to my nose while explaining things. They also used a cotton swab to understand my needs, and the consultation was the longest part. The manager was also very kind.
