As soon as I went in, I thought the facility was clean, and the front desk staff were kind too. There were no waiting patients, so I spoke with the manager right away and met the director. When I asked about various things, they answered honestly and professionally, so I think we talked for about 30 minutes. But they said that if I do revision nose surgery, the shape will not change much, and only the tip of the nose will come down a little. Since I said I wanted a straighter look, they said I could not have both and told me to choose one, so my expectations for surgery dropped a lot. Another concern was that here they do not set a final price before surgery based on exactly which materials will be used. Instead, they decide on a rough surgical fee first, and then during surgery they may need to use ear cartilage or dermis. If that happens, I would have to pay extra for the ear cartilage and dermis.
