Maybe because I had booked a same-day consultation, it felt like things were a bit chaotic. I did like that they were trying their best to fit in the consultation. I went at a time that could overlap a little with the surgery time, so I think the consultation was done very quickly and then moved along. They suggested lowering the line from what I had in mind, so I worried a lot. The explanation was detailed and they spoke with confidence, so I felt I could trust them.
