The manager was so kind that I felt like I wanted to have surgery right away, and she explained everything I was curious about. The director looked at me at a glance and gave me a surgery estimate. It did not feel like he was trying to examine things very carefully. I asked whether the 10-year A/S on the website was real, and he said it applied when the surgery was done wrong. He also said that if the surgery was done properly and the eye later changed, that would not count. The website also made it look like they could balance the proportions of the whole face, so I asked about that too, and he honestly said that with the eyes alone there are limits to achieving harmony across the whole face.
It felt like, of course, but also like the website had been outsourced to someone else.. I realized that you should not trust ads alone, and that talking in person is important.
