I happened to go there for a consultation, and the director's speaking style did not feel trustworthy. He talked about several possible outcomes in response to my questions, but did not answer in detail, though he said everything could be improved, so I felt he must have a lot of confidence in his skill. I was not sure whether everything would really be possible, so I put the surgery on hold for now. The consultation manager was very kind.
