I had a phone consultation, and the person doing the consultation was not great. Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of questions, but when I asked, it felt like they answered in a very cursory way. I could tell they were annoyed. ...I had planned to do an in-person consultation, but the feeling was not right, so I only did the phone consultation.
