I had hip-up fat grafting a year ago. The grafting was mainly done to the upper part of the butt, and fat was harvested from the inner thighs and transplanted. I had 200 cc on each side, and my usual pants just felt a bit tight around the butt..? After post-op care, a few months later I went on a diet, and the volume disappeared, but when I gained weight again, my butt filled back out too!! (This was originally a area that almost never gained weight.) However, I plan to have the second surgery somewhere else.. Also, I had abdominal liposuction on the same day, but the suction was done a bit too aggressively, so the upper abdomen is slightly indented. At first I was happy because they removed a lot, but now, about 8 months later, my abdomen is just thin and uneven.
