I had my arms and calves done, and the surgery went pretty normally and well. But it's completely factory-like, so the follow-up is a mess. After the surgery, they kept getting the aftercare appointments wrong, the manager kept changing, and even among themselves they didn't know who had said what, so the whole aftermath was incredibly stressful T_T Shouldn't the doctor be the one following the progress after surgery? I only saw the doctor on the consultation day before surgery and on the day of surgery. Even if I wanted to ask something, the manager kept changing every time, so I had to explain everything over and over, and I was so frustrated I thought I would die.
