The manager was extremely kind, and the director was, at a glance, clearly a perfectionist.. During the whole consultation, he even corrected the way I was holding the mirror, and I really thought, just like I had heard, that he must be a perfectionist. The consultation itself was also extremely thorough and good. But the fact that I couldn't see the before-and-after photos was the biggest disappointment T_T
