When I went for a consultation because my double-eyelid surgery had gone wrong, The doctor's words that I should not let the patient feel stressed while waiting, and that he would fill in everything that was lacking later, were comforting, so I remember waiting feeling a little less tired. He was very calm and, because he had kept me waiting, did not even charge the consultation fee. The coordinator also gave me coffee while I was waiting, and the hospital atmosphere was kind and clean.
