I went for a consultation about cheekbone surgery and they said we should do a standard cheekbone procedure. There was a bit of pressure to pay a deposit, and the consultation manager kept praising the director to an extreme degree;; lololololol Rather than explaining the surgical method, they only showed photos of other people and tried to sell it by saying it works.
