My cheekbones were on the larger side, and the 45-degree angle was the most prominent. I had looked into quick cheekbone reduction, but I was told it would not be effective. When I said I was worried about sagging, I was told they would make it effective without being excessive, which made me happy. In fact, the asymmetry was adjusted somewhat, and my cheekbones became much slimmer. It looks slim in a natural way, not artificial. I also did not end up with any scar.
