The surgery was 10 years ago, so I do not remember the price. The lower pole collapse was severe, and the lower fold was asymmetric with very pronounced lower pole collapse, so there was almost no upper breast volume. The surgeon said it was good because it was not an upper bulge, but no matter how I looked at it, it was not a normal shape. They did the lower fold fixation several times, but everything ripped again. When lying down, the implant even rose up toward the armpit area. In the end, I had the implant removed.
