I wasn't even hoping for an outfold; I just wanted a bit more eyelid opening strength and a slightly thicker look, so I had the surgery. That also meant the incision was pushed a bit too far. The doctor was nice and kind, but after the stitches came out and the swelling went down -- one side's line stuck out beyond the double eyelid line, so the scar is visible, and the lines don't match, leaving me with asymmetrical eyes. When I close my eyes, it doesn't look pretty. In the end I'm looking into revision surgery.
