Should I remove the nose implant?

🚨I already posted this in the cosmetic surgery board, but I got curious about what people who have had nasal implant removal, or are interested in removal, think, so I’m posting again in the removal board!🚨First, I’ll tell you my surgery history.A few years ago, I had surgery for a deviated septum.And two months ago, I had an implant-free surgery using donated costal cartilage.(+ nasolabial angle correction, bulbous nose correction, short nose correction)Right after surgery, my right nostril was very congested.In fact, for over a week I could not breathe through my nose at all, and even then the mucous membrane inside my right nostril was visibly swollen.(Thankfully, I could breathe again after some time passed)But recently my nose felt a little blocked, so I looked in the mirror and noticed that, unlike the left side, the mucous membrane in my right nostril was still swollen.When I touched it, it didn’t just feel like swelling of the mucous membrane, it felt hard?So I went to the hospital, and they said it could really be because cartilage had been added there. Is that true?The protrusions are uneven too, and in the first place the cartilage is sticking out and blocking the airway, so how is that not a side effect?I don’t know whether the cartilage was already bent from the start of the surgery...I can’t tell.Besides that, I had already been regretting it because my skin feels tight when I move my mouth wide, or because the tip of my nose feels hard, and now I’m even thinking about removal because of this.I roughly drew out the condition in a sketch. What do you all think?If this is a side effect, how should I deal with it?T_T
