I had a revision rhinoplasty here 4 years ago and it was a total disaster, so now I am thinking about my third surgery. You think the golden ratio of the side profile is the most important thing. In the end, I am dealing with a nose tip that is too high for my face proportions, a collapsed septum, breathing difficulty, and silicone shifted to one side. My nostrils are uneven. The function inside the nose is important too, but that was ignored in favor of only the cosmetic side.
