My first nose surgery had gone well, but because I got greedy and wanted a more refined image rather than a youthful one, I went to consultations at several places. Most doctors tried to dissuade me, saying my current nose looked fine and that the first surgeon had taken good care of it, but I happened to go into Young & Young because it was nearby, and I fell for the tempting pitch like a scammer's bait and wasted my life.
They persuaded me with excellent rhetoric to do an unnecessary revision, and it failed, so I waited 6 months and lowered the bridge height. It failed again, and after another 6 months I was so fed up I told them to just remove everything. Without any prior notice and without me asking them to do it, they said they had put in a very small amount of ear cartilage in the middle, but it bulged out into a large round shape. It looks awful.
What you really have to be careful about here is that the consultation is extremely good. They spend more than an hour acting like a kind, considerate man and talk as if every shape you want is possible. I witnessed them talking a woman with a normal nose and no problems after surgery into revision surgery like a psychopath. The doctor asked her, "So in three days you really should be able to work right away, right? You have to go to work... it should be fine, right?? My nose will get pretty, right??" I was waiting to file a complaint, and I still regret that I could not stop that woman.
I feel so upset that I wasted more than 2 years of my young life, and that my years were betrayed by the changed attitude of the doctor and the manager. After removing everything here and waiting several more months, I had my final surgery with costal cartilage at another place. I feel like they are psychopaths who trick careless people with smooth talk into unnecessary surgery. The problem is that the result is terrible.
They even pushed eye surgery on me, so I consulted the doctor in charge of eyes at Young & Young, but he said, "So up to now you really haven't had any particular dissatisfaction, right?" and did not recommend it. I do not understand why a conscientious doctor works there. I do not even want you to think about it; I want to stop even strangers from going.
